update on the war

Today was my first week's weigh in.
I lost 6 pounds!
I always lose a lot the first week or so of a diet.
It is good encouragement though that what I am doing is working.

Oh wow, that is so exciting! What exactly are you doing to diet? You should put it on your blog :)

Congrats!!!!!!!! That is so exciting. I really can't stand dieting either. I just LOVE food so much. I have struggled after having my fourth....it just doesn't want to come off my mid section AT ALL. I may always have a muffin top. :( Way to go on your loss...let us know how you are doing it!

Good jon Rhonda! I was thinking about/praying for you this morning while I was working out. Keep up the good work and remember that its a lifestyle change rather than a diet. At least thats what I keep telling myself with no whaet, glueten or dairy thing I've got going! :)
